PRICING

The price of the Good(s) shall be Our current price as stated on the Website. Prices of products may change from time to time and any sales or offers may be withdrawn without prior warning. Any incorrect prices shall be void and of no effect and in respect of any orders placed for incorrectly priced Good(s), the correct price as determined by Us shall be notified to You and, if You wish to continue with the order, substituted in place of the incorrect price.

Our prices include all taxes and duties which are payable by Our customers. Our prices exclude delivery charges. Our delivery charges can be found here. Details of the delivery charges will also be confirmed once a shipping address has been entered and a delivery method selected.

 

PAYMENT

Pre-payment is required on all orders and goods will not be despatched until funds have been received.

You may pay for the Good(s) using Your credit or debit card or PayPal. We reserve the right to withdraw PayPal as a payment method at any time.

We accept payments from the following payment providers:

Accepted payment options

We will ask You to enter Your chosen payment method and details when You complete the Order Form. By completing Your payment details You confirm that the method of payment being used belongs to You.

Your credit or debit card account will be debited with the cost of the Good(s) and any postage and packaging costs on submission of the Order Form.

All payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing Your credit/debit card and credit verification, and We will not be responsible if the payment fails credit verification or if such financial institution or provider refuses to accept or honour the payment for any reason. We may also report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.

 

PURCHASING

When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched.

We aim to despatch orders to you the same day you place the order if this is done before 2pm on a Monday – Friday (Excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted on the next working day.) In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery.

 

DELIVERY

All items within the UK ordered online will be posted using Royal Mail and may require a signature depending on the postage option you choose during the checkout process.

If your order is late, please contact us. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our best to make sure you get your items on time.

 

RETURNS

All our jewellery is finished by hand and we make every effort to ensure your jewellery is of the highest quality. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item, but the painting may differ slightly from one item to another. CANCELLATIONS

You have a legal right to change Your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You have 14 days after the day You (or someone You nominate) receives the Good(s) to cancel the order.

If We have received notification of your cancellation before your goods have been dispatched your order can be cancelled without any charge. You may also request that your order is amended, such as removing items, adding items or increasing quantities of items.

If We have received notification of your cancellation once your order has been shipped and within 14 days of the stated delivery date, Our 28 day returns policy will apply.

 

SECURITY 

Your security whilst shopping with us is our highest priority. We will NEVER sell your data or information on your purchase to 3rd parties. Please read our privacy policy for more information about what we do to protect you and your data.

 

DISCLAIMER

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website for any reason, whether to purchase available products/ services or not, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of this website will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
