Unfortunately, we do not offer a bespoke design service and are unable to customise products.
No currently we do not offer gift vouchers, but it is something we are considering for the future.
As with most Jewellery it is of a delicate nature and needs to be treated with respect. Our Jewellery is best stored out of direct sunlight, in a Jewellery box. We do not advise wearing our Jewellery in water or at the gym.
Our Jewellery is made from either a zinc alloy or brass casting. Which are then coated in either a silver or gold finish. Each piece of Jewellery is then hand finished in enamel to give our Jewellery their beautiful colours.
Yes, we offer both a gift messaging service and a luxury boxed gift service.
If you would like to make your gift extra special for the recipient, you can choose to have the item of Jewellery boxed in a luxury gift box along with a gift message.

Yes, all orders will receive a confirmation email. If you believe you have placed an order but haven’t received confirmation, please email us at hello@alexanderthurlow.com.
We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you do have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a refund.
Once your order has been dispatched by us, you will receive an email confirming dispatch which will include your 13-character Royal Mail tracking number. Orders can be tracked here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Currently we are not able to ship internationally via www.alexanderthurlow.com. If you would like to purchase our product for delivery internationally, please visit our Etsy Shop. We hope to be able to deliver internationally soon.
Our standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48hour service. We dispatch orders Monday – Friday and orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day.
If you would like to receive your order sooner, we offer a Next Day tracked service, to guarantee delivery by 1pm the following day. To qualify orders must be placed before 2pm.

All our Jewellery is packed to fit through a letterbox; therefore, no signature is required.
We recommend tracking your order before contacting us. If you still need support, we’d be happy to help. Email us at hello@alexanderthurlow.com and we will work with you to resolve your issue.
We will happily offer a refund if something isn’t quite right. Simply notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order by following our returns process below. You then have 28 days to return the item(s) to us. We can only accept items back which are unaltered, unworn, and in a resaleable condition.

Earrings can be returned as long as they are unworn and returned to us in perfect condition.
