Prompt response from the seller, despatch and delivery was quite fast, and the product is beautiful and in good quality. Only slight suggestion would be to perhaps pad up the packaging a bit more for delivery to ensure item does not face the risk of damage in transit.

A beautiful little brooch of bluebells. Very stylish, neat & artistic. Not over the top, I'm not one for glittery things. This is pitched perfectly for me & will look stunning on a black jacket. It came in a fancy enveloped sealed with a sticker reading "with love x". Of course you want to open it & view your purchase, which means to reseal the sticker is now slightly creased. Many sellers package/wrap their products so nicely, but if giving for a gift you have to undo & spoil to check product before giving. Inside the brooch is secured on a piece of pretty card. Delivery time was good.
